insomnia

this week i am having total insomnia. every night, i am up till 4. so last night while tossing and turning, i decided to come down and finish the 2nd piece that i was working on. i was totally foggy if you know what i mean.
while making the piece, i thought of my dad and how much i missed him.
i was trying to send him a telepathic message thru my energy path. what couldn't i do after a week of insomnia??????
anyway, after i was done, i decided to arrange things on top of the fireplace so that i could send the message back to my dad.
